All Star Children’s Foundation is proud to announce that Stephen Fancher has been officially appointed Chief Executive Officer by its Board of Directors.
Fancher has served as Chief Advancement Officer since the organization’s inception, before it opened its Campus of Hope & Healing, and has played an instrumental role in shaping its growth and direction. With professional experience spanning education, finance, music, and nonprofit leadership, Fancher brings a distinctive blend of creativity, discipline, and strategic thinking to his role as CEO.
His appointment reflects the Board’s confidence in his leadership and in the future of the organization.
As CEO, Fancher will continue leading All Star’s mission to build brighter futures for children in foster care through innovation, science, and compassion. Under his leadership, the organization will remain focused on delivering expert trauma-informed care, strengthening support for children and families, deepening community partnerships, and building the systems and innovations needed to create lasting impact, strengthen outcomes across the child welfare system, and expand a model that can be replicated locally, statewide, and nationally.
“Stephen leads with heart, clarity, and deep commitment to our mission,” said Graci McGillicuddy, Chair of the Board of Directors for All Star Children’s Foundation. “The Board is proud to officially confirm him as CEO, and we are confident in the leadership, passion, and vision he brings to this role.”
“It is a tremendous honor to serve as CEO of All Star Children’s Foundation,” said Fancher. “I am grateful for the trust of our Board and for the extraordinary dedication of our staff, board, foster parents, community partners, volunteers, and donors. I look forward to building on the strong foundation already in place and expanding our impact in meaningful ways.”
